Perhaps it’s a dog. A cat. A lizard. A horse. A bird. A rabbit. A hamster. Whatever form they come in, your trusted companion, confidant, and biggest cheerleader is likely going to receive the employee of the month award. Possibly the year! Pulling their weight as your co-worker, supervisor, and human resource personnel your faithful pet remains steadfast at your side. Giving us love, making us laugh, getting us off the couch and through each day, their love will help us survive these unusual days, weeks, months.
Take a moment to give them all a little extra scratch under the chin, a pat on the noggin, however you show them you love them. Think about getting a commission of your furry, scaly, hairy, four-legged, two-legged, winged, slithering friend … whether they’re by your side now or have crossed the rainbow bridge.
