Favorite Things – April

Continuing to learn from and better know those who fill our lives with art that moves us, calms us, grounds us. Acknowledging our nonhuman, nonjudgemental quarantine companions. And a big “THANK YOU” to Linda Campbell Nighthorse!

BEAUTY ALL AROUND US – TWO

In part two of our series, “Beauty All Around Us,” we got to watch Hadley Rampton working on a painting as the wind swirled snow around her and then the sun began to shine on the finished piece. Her plein air painting can be seen at our Durango gallery and online.

HANDS TOGETHER FOR OUR PETS!

Your loyal, nonjudgemental friend of the year! Taking a moment to be thankful for the best quarantine companions … our pets! These steadfast friends can be captured for all time with a commission by one of our many gifted, animal loving artists.

BEAUTY ALL AROUND US – THREE

In part three of “Beauty All Around Us,” painter Jerry Markham talked about how the beauty that surrounds us moves him to embrace a variety of subjects. He also shared his studio must-have items. Jerry’s paintings can be seen at our Durango gallery and online.

THANK YOU, LINDA NIGHTHORSE CAMPBELL

We gave a shout out to Linda for making masks for our gallery team and valued clients. In past years Linda made the jewelry bags for her husband, Northern Cheyenne jewelry artist Ben Nighthorse. Currently she’s been using those skills to look after our well-being. Much appreciated!
